 Pressing process:

During long years a considerable and advanced set of different mould was prepared and a pressing workshop with types of percussion pressing and hydraulic pressings with high quality was equipped beside it. And now the required metallic parts with highest quality is produced in this work shop by experienced and skilled personnel under the management of experienced supervisor's production of metallic parts by rammer And matrix and tension by types of percussion pressings And hydraulic pressings.

Rubber making process :

The rubber of producing wheels with very high quality is produced in the rubber-making workshop of the company. The installed facilities include types of rolling-pins and hydraulic pressings are special for making rubber. Compound making and synthesis from raw materials and producing types of wheel tire by moulds and pressings for making rubber is from the tasks which occurs in this unit .

Plating process :

The produced metallic parts in the pressing workshop and some of the parts which is provided outside the company have numerous facilities including fix and rotation tank which use plating methods which compatible with the environment. The plating of the parts with the color desired by the customer is possible in this workshop. Galvanizing the parts is applicable for preventing the rust and beauty.

Plastic making process :

The required plastic parts of producing wheels and some types of the plastic wheels are produced in the plastic-making workshop.

Montage process :

The produced parts are montage, packed and sent to the market in different sizes and models by experienced personnel of the montage workshop and with one hundred (% 100) controls of the parts. In order words collecting the parts and primary and final montage of types of wheel is performed in this unit.
