History :

It was registered after preparing the project and formation of the company’s primary nucleus in 20 / JUN / 1980 in Isfahan at the registration office of the companies under number 2388 and since then constructional works and preparing facilities started which is simultaneous with starting war , finally after doing the stages and solving problems the first samples of production wheels of this company was presented to the market in FEB 1982 .

The company was succeeded to receive the license of exploitation from the industries general office of isfahan province. little by little and during long years much variety was produced in the products of the CHARKH HAIE GARDAN company and also every effort was done for development and improvement of production processes and consequently in the company’s products. This company succeeded to the settlement of quality management system in 1384 and received the standard license certificate of  ISO 9001: 2000 from the German company NORD TUF.

Introducing the product :

One of the first signs of coming civilization in to the existence in human communities has been the invention of wheel. In all industries , ware houses, hospitals, customs and almost every where which is the need for moving heavy and voluminous objects the wheel is necessary. The CHARKH HAIE GARDAN company produces the required wheels of the market and customers. Some of these products is publicly needed by the wheel consumers which is constantly in the production lion of the company. About other types with previous order the products will be produced as soon as possible and sent for the consumers.

Company’s policy  :

The CHARKH HAIE GARDAN company regards it’s survival as a member of a big family of the industry of this country due to the continuous support of consumers and considers the customer’s satisfaction as the most important goal of the company. For this reason oblige it’s senior management and whole employees to preserve the following principles:

1 . Obtaining the satisfaction of customers and obtaining their confidence toward the performance of the company.

2. Correct instruction (teaching) of personnel in all levels in order to promote the knowledge and skill of personnel through the instructions inside and out side of the company.

3. Correct use of existing facilities and optimizing equipment.

4. Preserving the suitable working place and self confidence culture in all levels of the company.

5. Obtaining more proportion of the market (internal sale, export and presentation of new products).

6. Improving the processes of quality management system.

7. executing the system of quality management costs for implementing the above principles the manager of the company always oblige himself / herself and whole personnel to providing the necessities of the standard ISO 2000 : 9001 and preserving this standard with perfect and basic implementation and always considers the continuous improvement in all section. And for insurance of it’s competency and effectiveness considers and studies this policy every year and expects that all parts of the company perform their full cooperation in the correct understanding and executing these systems, and perform their responsibilities and duties properly.
